To cancel, just follow these steps:

1. Please have the following information ready before you cancel:

I couldn't find what I was looking for.
There were broken links in the site and I couldn't access anything.
No reason, I just want to cancel.

Make sure you are entering the site properly by going to the front page of the website and clicking the 'members' button. If you still can't get in, check to see if you have received an e-mail confirming your membership - your username (which is your entire e-mail address in small letters) and password will what u selected at the time of sign-up. Make sure you are typing them EXACTLY as you see them in your confirmation e-mail. If you still cannot get access, please see PASSWORD HELP or CONTACT US.

We are constanly testing all our sites to ensure the links work.
If you have problems with broken links, please report them to us immediately by CONTACT US. Just let us know the following and we will repair it immediately.

• The section the has the broken link (Galleries, Videos, at el.)
• The address of the broken link
