Q: It won't accept my username & password.
A: Make sure you are entering
the site properly by going to the front page of the website and clicking the
'members' button. If you still can't get in, check to see if you have received
an e-mail confirming your membership - your username (which is your entire
e-mail address in small letters) and password will what u selected at
the time of sign-up. Make sure you are typing them EXACTLY as you see
them in your confirmation e-mail. If you still cannot get access, click

Q: When
I enter the site, I get a 'Forbidden Error'
A: Make sure you have not
bookmarked the site beyond the front page. Always enter the site by going to

A: To enter the site and enjoy your membership, just go to the front page of the website and click the 'members' button. You should get a pop-up asking for your username & password. Enter those, remembering they are CaSe-SeNsItIvE . If the pop-up occurs again, or you get a message 'authorization failed', and you are absolutely sure you have entered them correctly, there may be a problem with your membership.
