Antivirus Programs
Even though Antivirus programs were made to protect your computer from harmful computer viruses, it can also interfere with your entertainment with computers and internet experience.

The internet security settings in your antivirus program may be set too high. We find this often with customers that have this type of program. Simply "disable" your anti-virus protection program, and try to gain access. If you gain access, you know now to go through the settings in your anti-virus protection program for the internet portion.
